We offer white-glove delivery throughout the Austin metro area, which includes in-home setup and packaging removal. We also offer regional delivery across Texas and nationwide shipping for customers outside the area.

Do you deliver outside of Austin?

Choose any piece from our collections, then select your fabric from 200+ options including performance chenilles, velvets, and Italian-tanned leathers. Your furniture is built to order in our Austin factory — most pieces are ready in days, not months.
Can I order free fabric swatches?
Absolutely! Order up to 10 free swatches shipped directly to your door. Compare colors and textures at home before you commit. Visit our swatches page to request yours.
What is your return policy?
In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom upholstered pieces are made to your specifications and are final sale. We stand behind every piece — if there's a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.
Warranty & Care
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years. Our factory-built pieces include a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Ask your sales associate for specific warranty details on any piece.
How should I care for my furniture?
Care varies by material. For fabric upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills immediately. Leather should be conditioned every 6–12 months. We provide specific care instructions with every purchase. Visit our care guide for details.
