Every custom couch is cut, sewn, and assembled by our own team in Austin, Texas — which means real choices, not dropdown menus: 100+ performance fabrics and leathers, multiple cushion fills from firm to ultra-plush, standard or extra-deep seats, and configurations we can actually adjust because we're the ones building them.

2. Choose your fabric. Order up to 10 free swatches and test them at home in your own light, with your own pets and kids.
3. We build it in Austin. Your couch is built to order in our own factory — see how we build custom furniture.
4. White-glove delivery. $199.99 flat rate nationwide: room of choice, full assembly, and debris removal included.
Factory-direct beats direct-to-consumer
Online custom-sofa brands ship from contract factories and quote weeks of production before freight even starts. Because we manufacture in our own Austin facility, we control quality end to end, we can accommodate requests configurators can't, and you can visit the showrooms — or the factory — to see your couch being made. Custom Couch Questions
How much does a custom couch cost?
Our custom fabric couches typically start around $800–$1,200, custom leather around $1,500, and larger sectionals range up from there. Because we're factory-direct, you're not paying a brand's markup on someone else's manufacturing. 0% APR financing is available through Affirm.
What can I actually customize?
Fabric or leather (100+ options), cushion fill and firmness, seat depth on many designs, configuration (sofa, loveseat, sectional pieces, sleepers), leg styles, and details like tufting. Need something outside the standard options? Ask — we build everything ourselves, so the answer is often yes.
Do you deliver custom couches outside of Texas?
Yes — we deliver nationwide with $199.99 flat-rate white-glove service: room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and packaging removal included.
How is this different from online custom sofa brands?
Most online brands are design layers over contract factories. We own our factory in Austin, Texas — you can visit it, watch pieces being built, and sit on the actual designs in our showrooms before ordering. Manufacturing in-house also means better quality control and more flexibility on requests.
